3 free website builders you can use for your sme website.

Hello everyone, how ready are you to take on the new month? I’d like to share some information that can help improve your business’ online presence.

I know how it is starting a business on a tight budget.  You want the best but you can only make do with what you can afford.  Here are some free web hosting plans you can leverage on as a starter.

1. Wix.com: Wiz is quite popular because of its hundreds of beautiful drag and drop html 5 templates. You can create your own beautiful website with Wiz without having any knowledge of web development  or coding.  All you need to do is to choose a relevant template, change colors,  texts and images. Using the free package,  your website address will be a subdomain e.g www.yourbusiness.wixsite.com

2. Webs.com: webs is a lot like Wix.  It also has beautiful html 5 templates and you can also build multiple websites per account.  However,  webs has page limits and less apps than Wix. You can upgrade to a paid version to remove the website logo and have the ability to create unlimited pages.

3. 000webhost.com: This is for people who know how to develop websites.  It has a c-panel interface where you can download the software you want to build your website with (e.g wordpress,  joomla) . With 000 webhost,  you can use your own domain name but you would have a powered by 000 webhost watermark on your website pages.

There are many more free web hosting and web builder websites out there,  if you want to know more,  ask google!

I would advice however,  that if you can afford it,  go for self hosted websites like those created with wordpress.org (e.g shelearnshere.com) the advantage of self hosting is that you use your own domain name, access to your back end and front end. If you need help setting up your website at a relatively affordable price,  please email hello@shelearnshere.com.
